Include your app version, device and iOS version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help; avoid sharing private or sensitive photos.
Restoring access
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the app’s restore option. If access still looks incorrect, contact us with your app version, purchase type and the message you see. Do not send payment card details.
Managing subscriptions
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Choosing inputs and reviewing results
Follow the current input requirements in the app. Some templates ask for a short video and a reference image. Use footage you have permission to edit and review generated details before saving or sharing. Results vary.
